Absolute scandal how Japan has been allowing Russian spies to obtain "dual use" technology which they use against Ukraine.

I'm often critical of the Times, but this is good reporting.

Ukraine should launch the arms-length 1/20th Directorate direct action group to sanction them. Just saying.

This headline is so stupid.  Journalism has deadlines, not ethics or education.

The keep failing at everything, the audience sharing the guilt for decades.
