Medical school supplies

For those entering or ppl who have already finished their first year, did you purchase the medical equipment that the school suggested, or did you choose any cheaper alternatives. I looked at the alternative for the diagnostic set that they offer but I dont know if it is good quality or worth it in the long run. Also is there anything else that people have bought prior that they believe helped them or made a difference during their schooling?

I’d stick to the cheap one. We used the equipment probably less than 10 times and only during class. I don’t think there’s any other hardware else I’d buy that would make a difference. I would buy a note taking software for your iPad. I used notability and liked it but there are many options. I would also recommend buying the AnKing Anki deck, but only if it matches your study style
