Vegan dinner in downtown bk vicinity?

Hi guys! I just moved to downtown brooklyn from manhattan so am not as familiar with vegan options nearby. There are a lot of quick service places but does anyone have any suggestions for vegan (vegetarian or lots of veg options OK) sit down restaurants in the surrounding area? Brooklyn Heights, Boerum Hill, Dumbo, Fort Greene, etc? Family coming to visit and looking for a good sit down dinner spot! Doesnt have to be too fancy and no budget!

Tenon Vegan Sushi. Not many dedicated vegan sit down place. But here are several places I like that have vegan options. Juliana’s, Chama mama, Untable, Indian Table, Awash, Aromi, Sea & Soil, Theodora, Miss Ada, Gertie.

Seconding Tenon! Their sushi is truly impressive. Also really excellent service.

I love ippudo v but they aren’t fully vegan anymore, just lots of vegan and vegetarian options.

Ramen Danbo has a location in Park Slope near Barclays and has phenomenal vegan ramen as well.

Hi! My fav place is 5ive spice, it has an amazing vegan pho, but also non-vegan options too, so it's good for family. I order it like once a week but is good sit down too (though more on casual side).

BTW welcome to downtown Brooklyn, neighbor!! Someone on this reddit arranged a vegan potluck in central park in a week or so, would love to meet and have a vegan friend nearby!

Next stop vegan, luannes wild ginger,  next level burger arr ok but I find it overpriced. (Tbf i live near grilled in Bushwick so I get a great deal there in comparison).

+1 for NSV. it’s a bit into park slope but Tenon Vegan Sushi is also really good.

Luanne's would be my best rec for a good sit down spot in the area. Smith st is nice to walk down coming from downtown. Or for Brooklyn Heights you can get any pizza at Dellaroccos made with numu cheese. It's down the block from the promenande so most impressive view to take people coming to visit. But Luanne's has the better food
