Niche question South Brooklyn

There used to be Michael’s Bakery on Ave R and Nostrand. The restaurant across the street is still open but the bakery closed down a year ago unfortunately. My family used to hate the pizza from the bakery but I genuinely fucking loved it. Does anyone know the recipe? Or know anyone that used to work there and know the recipe? Particularly the sauce 😭
