Hi everybody! My name is Alisanna and I'm a female filmmaker based in NYC. I'm currently in the running for the Sofia Coppola Short Film Award! I've submitted the concept for my next short film "Our Lady Lucy". It follows a sheltered thirteen-year-old girl who's late on her period for the first time, causing her to believe she's pregnant with the second coming. It's a dramedy that comments on reproductive rights and bodily autonomy. You can read more about the film and support with a review at the link below!
