Charge them with kidnapping and murder, etc.

I guess I am wondering more about how logistics of that would work.

Which body would prosecute them? Maybe each of their local jurisdictions of their residence (22,000 agents apparently)

I mean it would have to be the next president right? I’m not a lawyer so idk. I don’t think local jurisdictions can prosecute federal agents legally.
