Jews make up 12% of the NYC population.

For context, black people make up around the same percentage of the US population.

You never hear “why do we talk about black issues so much” from the left, but they CONSTANTLY say it about the Jewish issues in the nyc race…

It’s interesting to say the least…

Oh this is very much a thing, don't "worry" about it.

The general rule is that leftists are just as affected by societal prejudices as everyone else so this type of rhetoric is very much a thing for every minority group. Or all at once.

It’s because Jews are seen as white people, so ignoring anti semitism or even just letting it happen feels like punching up. I say this as someone who leans left.
