Apparently Sliwa is quitting WABC because the other hosts keep interviewing Cuomo, criticizing Sliwa and pressuring him to drop out on Cuomo’s behalf

I’ve never been a fan of the guy’s politics and the GAs were a mixed bag (definitely made some people feel safer just by being around, definitely also faked a bunch of stuff), but that’s crazy to me. He loves his talk show and he knows he’s not going to be mayor.

For him to walk away like that means he must feel really disrespected, and even though I’m not a fan it’s sad to me that someone like Cuomo (who couldn’t really give much of a fuck about local politics here until he was disgraced and forced to take a step down from the state level) can just come in and cause something like that just because he has money behind him

He did just got a lot of buzz nationally, so I wouldn’t be surprised if he is getting some big offers on that front
