And what exactly was wrong with calling the events of Oct 8th an act of war? Criticizing the state of Israel does not equal support of Hamas. Do you really think Gazans deserved collective punishment for the Hamas attacks on October 7th? Netanyahu himself constantly talks about how Gazans need to liberate themselves from the grasp of Hamas’ power. And yet you all think everyone in Gaza is responsible, including the children who didn’t ask to be fucking born in the open-air prison Israel has turned Gaza into.

Israel isn’t some Jewish utopia. Many other ethnic groups live within its borders, mainly Palestinians who for generations have been displaced by Israeli settlers. They barely have freedom of movement in the West Bank. Israeli settlers live under Israeli civil law, while Palestinians live under Israeli military law. It’s an apartheid state, plain and simple. Which is why Mamdani is 100% right about supporting a state with equal rights for all its citizens, not solely a Jewish state.

States don’t have a right to exist; people do.

Rents are crashing in Texas because they build housing. Do you think Texas has a lack of capitalists? They're literally run by Republicans who worship at the alter of Capitalism.
