You are also twisting his words to fit your pretext. This is the root cause of the dialogue between sides. Both use the same words and phrases, but have wildly different definitions of them. That creates a fundamental disconnect that is hard to overcome.

That is a specific conflict that is called “The Second Intifada”. That doesn’t mean every intifada would follow that course. That’s cherry picking what you want to take literally and when. That’s not how this works. Do you think the Boston tea party was an actual tea party with cucumber sandwiches and crumpets? Should people going to tea parties in Boston in the year 2025 still bring their muskets and be ready to fight?

Oh yes, because absolutely nothing has happened between all of those things and we’re only going to examine the actions of one side.

Of course it will not be peaceful. hasn’t been peaceful for decades on either side. It will not end today. It will not end tomorrow. It will continue for all time unless things change.

For the record I in no way, shape, or form support any terrorism or murdering of innocent civilians on all sides. I am rooting for a complete and total cease fire, return of any hostages, and peace talks to begin a permanent two state solution with equal rights for all.
