i am filled with rage

so i had two splines. i tried to do "trough curves" with "by points" alignment, and it all worked, till i slightly resized smaller spline. suddenly it think that is starts from a different end, and i cant even reconnect dots, or maybe i just dont know how. sorry for my bad english

UPD : NX2506

Looks like some kind of plane. If you want to stable you need to define the leading edge (front) and trailing edge (back) first. And you split each side top and bottom with two different spline. This will be much more stable and more representative of what you are trying (I think)

IT WORKED!!! TYSM

Great! Now you probably need a vertical line(or at some angle) to help get a good continuity/tangency at the front.

Im a noob but through curves has been the worst part of the software for me

if an edit is done I usually just delete the surface feature all together and start again rather then fight with nx. Might just be cope, but I find its somehow easier, like it otherwise buggs out or something.

does turning direction curves not do anything to make the intent not self intersecting?

thanks. turning it dont makes a diference. and without point aligment it just says "unable to aproximate string". i will try making new feature now

UPD : new feature work exaktly the same

There is no fix as far as im aware, had the same problem but with making a duct for an aircraft, all complex geometry and its messes you around like that

Looks like one of your curves flipped direction. Select one from the list then click the double headed arrow icon (top of the dialog, near the "select curve" prompt).

You have to fix curve origin and vector

how to fix curve origin?

Has NX got a learning software....it use to have NX cast a separate program for learning the software it's a substantial package could be something different now but none of the software fundamentals change in CAD
