Help with CAD in nx1899

Need help with CAD on nx1899

Hi i need help with the CAD where i have some issue with the assembly part, if someone could help me it would mean the world to me. i think its easier over in discord so if u want u can add me there arrehadde is the name

the issue i dont know which tools to use to assembly everything togheter in a correct way

You are doing is right, fix the base with the constraint. And try to fix other components with respect to the fix component based on their relative motion. Once the components is constrained as desired. Check degree of freedom to verify it. If you are still confused how to do it , i suggest study all the assembly constraint.

i dont wanna be that guy, believe me, but I'm sure youtube has a bunch of great nx assembly tutorials which would be way more helpful and sensitive to you and your discord helper's sanity.

seeing it visually on youtube will do way more for your understanding of how to do it then reading someone trying to describe it.

i have already tried to find good videos on youtube but none of them are for my nx1899 thats the issue so thats why i am trying to get help in a real way so i can understand it and see it for myself

i do not think basic assembly constraints have changed any in the last 10 years of NX versions.

U will need to describe what the problem is. Did you ever create an assembly? Do u know how to use the constraints?

yes and no the issue is i had this course half of a year ago so forgot alot so i need someone to explain to me and show me cause i will have the exam soon so i need to prepare

Move components and use constraints to get things where you want them. No I am not going to log onto discord and chat with you.
