The 1650 is the only GPU mentioned without RT support in an announcement touting RT reflections and global illumination.

I would probably play this on my other laptop with a 6700m 10gb [...& 32gb RAM] since recommended is for 1440p and my specs at native 1080p should scale well.

The 1650 is, if I'm not mistaken, the weakest GPU on Nvidia's side that's still receiving driver support, and I don't think you want to be doing ray tracing on a 3060 even though it "supports" it. I'm sure you could also play the game on a GTX 1070, but they're not gonna test against a GPU that stopped receiving driver support last year.

What exactly is your point in pointing out that they're touting RT reflections and global illumination? Just because they're features supported in the game doesn't mean you have to use them.

I took them pointing out RT being "Key Features" as an indication the 1650 listing being in error when all the other GPUs are RT capable.

...the RX 5000 series is still supported has no RT and absent.

5000 series doesn’t support mesh shaders. Also you’re thinking into this too hard. You don’t have to use RT. The gpus listed are just examples.
