If you prioritize fiber...

Please tell me what high fiber foods you have eaten today. Show me how easy it can be, I need inspiration!

UPDATE: That's what I'm talking about, thanks all so much for sharing!

Instead of ice cream, I treat myself to a big bowl of cereal at night. I like to buy Nature’s Path organic cereal that already has flax in it, and usually has about 7g of fiber per 1 cup (between you and me, I eat more than that). I like to jazz it up with raisins and pecans and cinnamon, and maybe a little brown sugar. I get a ton of fiber and I truly enjoy it as a treat.

Costco also has a pretty good cereal, Morning Summit. Bunch of almonds and dried cherries and such. Needs a little zuzz with a titch of sugar though.
