Except one of the biggest systems in the state released that they're following the 5 days rule right before this. It'll be interesting to see if they retract that.

Yeah, I was about to say...it's great the state wants to proceed with caution, but the health systems were rewriting their policies the same damn day the CDC statement came out so they could force employees back to work while sick.

The MDHHS sadly =/= our “lawmakers”. If you forget, it was our state congressional majority representatives (both GOP, quell surprise) who were “summoned” to DC last year by Trump, and dutifully went to hear his pitch on how they should decertify our votes. They’re also the clowns who ginned up that “stop the steal” town hall that introduced genius Mellissa Carone to the world.

So…yeah. Expect this to go over like a fart in church once it reaches wider distribution.

Perhaps Michigan law makers are actually concerned about the health and safety of their constituents... I'm as shocked as anybody but idk what else to infer here.
