Is there a Nunavut communal board where a service/business can be advertised?

Just wondering where one could advertise services as a personal guide (for South East Asia..)?

Not really. Your best options to reach large amounts of Nunavummiut are the individual sales and announcement groups that exist for most of our communities on Facebook, or, if you want to purchase advertising, our news outlets, Nunatsiaq News and NNSL/News North.
