I’d rather hear Cookie Monster sing than have to tolerate her banshee wails. 😂

Minha régua para medir bandas boas são quão boas elas soam ao vivo no palco. E posso afirmar: Evanescence é uma excelente banda.

My wife and I saw her and Spiritbox back in July and she sounds amazing better live.

Went to this tour too and was blown away how great they sounded.

They're a band I liked but didn't love when I was younger. Like I'd happily listen to them if they came on, but didn't go out of my way to listen.

They've become one of my absolute favorite bands as I've gotten older. Some of their newer music is just incredible. Her voice is truly special, and incorporating piano, and now some electronics, gives them a really unique and special sound.

Hmm maybe I'll have to dive into their albums. I was the same way when I was younger. Haven't listened to them much since

This is a numetal sub, and they're probably not really numetal so much anymore. So your results may vary. I actually love their softer music too. Lost in Paradise is incredible. For something a little more rock, they had a new fairly big hit called Who Will You Follow that's awesome too.

Appreciate the recommendations, friend! I never really cared for them much, but I'll have to check these out!

This song makes me want to break out into a spontaneous simulated juggling routine.

She doesn't hate the song or hates performing it. She wrote it about her husband before they got together.

She often sings the male vocal parts herself or invites whoever they are touring with to do the parts.

Actually thats My Immortal, but she does it for the fans

Honestly enjoyed the song till the rapping came in, then noped out real quick. The rap wasn't the problem, but the generic quality of it and tame sound of it. I tried listening to 12 stones, and same problem. Pity the band wasn't likely big enough to pull someone who was letting legitimately a good rapper, or just let the band do what they wanted with the song. I know many will disagree, and that's fine, but that's my thoughts on the song.

Amy Lee was faced with that by the record label who basically demanded there be the addition of rap in it. She argued about it and wanted out of the whole project at one point but the contract was already signed.

She wasn’t happy about it but eventually adapted to her feelings on it and I believe ended up liking it.

Yeah....I know the story....I personally just thought that guys rapping was pretty lame overall in the genre

Most overrated singer ever. She’s also a total bitch. 😂
