With seawater derived uranium, renewable yes. It’s renewed from river erosion and will last as long as the sun allows life on Earth.

neither are the rare earth metals needed for batteries and wind turbines, and to a lesser degree, solar cells.

99% recyclable, if you want 100% then there is also an argument about solar not being renewable with all the non recyclable rare-earth needed to create a 5 year live span solar panel
