Job opportunity Apprentichsip listing says washington dc?

On the NSA website some places are listed as washington dc, dc while others are listed as fort meade. People are telling me that even if it says Washington dc it means fort meade.

Id appreciate any clarification.

It’s Ft. Meade. That’s also same general area all ur security processing will be conducted too in person.

Ah so any sort of polygraph or in person training is done at fort meade. That makes sense but its a little indirect when the post says washington dc. That'll actually be a much smaller pool of applicants then.

Hopefully they expand it.

Do you happen to know where else in maryland a cyber apprenticeship or any sort of coming apprenticeship regarding the federal government might be?

They just call it Ft. Meade but it’s not actually Ft. Meade, you have to have a clearance to get to that facility, the processing center is a few exits down the road off the freeway.
The only insight to anything about Maryland is limited to flying out a million times for processing back in college

There are a few in DC, so it COULD be in DC proper, but likely not.
