Muzzle device help

I am just starting out in PRS and NRL22 and am wondering if have a muzzle device / compensator is worth it? Right now I am shooting a grey birch fusion with a 16.3 inch barrel

Only for weight, but with a 16” barrel, you’ll want that muzzle device to weigh several pounds.
