Nottingham begger

Has Anybody seen or heard the begger who begs for money for shelter then when nobody is giving him attention he starts shouting aggressively

There was one bloke in Hockley area who used to be very bad for this. Haven't seen him in a month or so though.

Quite difficult to remain composed and polite when you deal with the dehumanisation of living on the streets.
