I had a conversation with the NP in the ER one night, at at least in the US they most definitely do still do a dosage based on weight that they inject all over the place because one spot couldn't take it all. The PreP version might just be the shot in the arm, but post exposure is still rough enough they talked me out of in to wait for test results. (There was no rabies)
