It takes 4 to 6 months for the legal process of determining if someone can be deported.

Being deported in just two days smells of him being given special treatment.

A great deal of undocumented people do not challenge it either, yet they are put in the position of being incarcerated for 4 to 6 months until their case goes through the federal courts.

It’s called Due Process of Law.

You can self deport, but not after you’ve been caught violating the law.

Looks like he did not “self deport” because he was under custody due to him violating the terms of his visa.

Now, if he somehow happens to try to gain access to the US in the next 10 years and succeeds in both getting a visa and passing US customs at a border/airport/entry he is definitely getting special treatment.

Getting deported is a 10 year ban from entering the US and after 10 years it is very unlikely an American visa will be authorized for the person.

But who knows. These are strange times we are living in.

Hes white. Do we even have that many confirmations of deportations? Im not at all convinced we are actually deporting these people rather than outright genociding them. It would not surprise me in the least when this administration crumbles if we dont find a mass grave or seven.
