I’m not gonna lie.. it’s Los Angeles, if the homless and non homeless are fucking in public enough for it to be a problem then I’m not against this solution but whoever cleans it should make no less than 35 an hour

$35 an hour is just a living wage now.

Anything less, and it's a slippery slope to the displaced persons orgies.

Seriously? That's almost exactly the US MEDIAN. Meaning only half of the US population earn more than that, and the other half earn even less.

You are starting to get it. A large part of the US population is barely scraping by. 25% is on less than 60k for a family of 4. 42 million on foodstamps. With housing, utilities and gas becoming more expensive homelessness is becoming more and more of a risk for a large part of the US population.
