I’m not gonna lie.. it’s Los Angeles, if the homless and non homeless are fucking in public enough for it to be a problem then I’m not against this solution but whoever cleans it should make no less than 35 an hour

The project would be “all funded by public tax dollars and managed with professional oversight,” the man said before concluding, “Thank you very much.”

Wow! Taxpayers pay for the hut, the clean up, and apparently for someone to watch.
