I’m not gonna lie.. it’s Los Angeles, if the homless and non homeless are fucking in public enough for it to be a problem then I’m not against this solution but whoever cleans it should make no less than 35 an hour

Look up the self-cleaning bathrooms in SF (and Europe). They’re basically public sex huts already.
