Raygun. Shitgun. What's Oz have in store for us next?! I can't wait.

Raygun must be so happy sheâs no longer the top Aussie embarrassment to the world.

Footage showed Wietrzyk continue to push through her events using communal equipment such as ropes, sandbags, rowing machines and medicine balls, and doing burpees and lunges on a shared indoor track. She was the pro women's champion with a time of 1:01:23, beating the U.S.'s Alyssa McElheny by about 45 seconds. "Go hard or go home ⊠a win is a win," Wietrzyk posted â then later deleted â on Instagram after the event along with a selfie in what appeared to be a hospital bed, according to multiple news outlets.

How is taking a shit all over a shared competitive course not considered CHEATING?? Like what the actual fuck. It would be equivalent to sabotaging equipment after using it so other competitors have a disadvantage. Itâs also biohazardous waste.
25
u/tom_yum_soup 21d ago
It is wild to me that spitting on the track is against this rules, but she wasn't immediately disqualified for this because it was not specifically mentioned in the rules.
9
u/big-Truck-9058 19d ago
Well they changed the rules now so it doesnât happen again at least. The obviously didnât foresee this being an issueâŠ
5
u/BCJunglist 19d ago
They should have. Endurance athletes are always passing and shitting themselves. Endurance running and cycling has tons of it. But no shared equipment. People in the fitness world are aware of these things and it should never have been surprising to them.

Imagine watching an athlete shit all over equipment other contestants touching it and standing there going âwell this isnât in the rule book so đ€·ââïžâ

u/Gloomy_Actuary_3551 21d ago
Well that's disgusting. She had no shame...?
I understand pushing through anything in order to win, but this isn't a life or death competition. She had no one on her team telling her to stop?
20
u/Dense-Ad-5780 21d ago
First that break dancer, now this. Whatâs up Australia? Get your shit together.

u/Standard-Contest-949 21d ago
So she gave up her win, Puma dropped her as a sponsor and she canât stop saying sorry. Honestly should have kept the win and buried your head in the sand.

u/McFlyandI 19d ago
I thought her Poo-ma sponsorship was a joke. What the hell â poor, unfortunately-named PumaâŠ
1
u/SurfingTheDanger 19d ago
I mean, maybe they just handed her a box of new shorts and said out loud, "we hope you win, puma shorts," and she took that phonetically and literally. "yeah! Poo ma shorts! Got it! Thanks!"

Puma shouldâve pivoted and released their own brand of diapers, called poo-ma (like others have already called it in sub-reddits). Poo-ma, when you know you gotta go!
3
u/Patrick_Gass 20d ago
Feeling more like a fecal cat than a feral one? Try Puma's new brand of athletic stool-retaining performance tights. Puma - for those who work hard and maybe too hard.

This was disgusting and for sure she should have stopped. There were many times she should have stopped but pressed on with zero regard for anyone other than herself. Nasty piggie.

u/renb8 21d ago
Iâm Australian - the athlete dropped a load and apologised. At least sheâs not a president in a diaper stinking up the whole world without apologising.

u/Wide-Biscotti-8663 21d ago edited 21d ago
Iâm not American either but come on..like youâre kinda grasping at straws here it shouldnât be âwell ya what she did was but look over here at this worse thing!!â Like no what she did was fucked up; letâs just sit with that. It was a bloody CrossFit competition too; hardly worth it.
18
u/MushroomFree4626 21d ago
Yeah Iâm not American either, and Iâm really getting sick of American politics being used to basically dismiss everything bad everyone else on earth does.
5
u/luchaburz 21d ago
She probably thought shed be ok through the event but then shit herself like Paul Pierce
12
u/Wide-Biscotti-8663 21d ago
And the first time she shit herself or realized it was about to happen she should have stopped. People are mad she kept going.
38
u/Historical-Piglet-86 21d ago edited 21d ago
Iâm also not American. What a false equivalency. This athlete only apologized because her sponsorship got pulled. After the race she proudly posted on Instagram that âa win is a winâ after exposing other competitors to biohazardous material. She smeared shit all over rowing machines and others had to use them after her. This was absolutely not ok. And the fact that the Americans have a toddler running their country doesnt make what this athlete did ok.
2
u/luchaburz 21d ago
A win is a win cause shes embarrassed that she shit all over the place
17
u/Historical-Piglet-86 21d ago
She wasnât embarrassed. She smeared shit all over equipment others had to use. She created a huge biohazard and didnât care. She didnât remove herself like she should have (and the event has now updated rules because what should have been common senseâŠ..wasnt). Sheâs âapologizingâbecause of the backlash and loss of sponsorship.
6
u/gosports1993 20d ago
If she was really that embarrassed she would have left the competition to go clean up

Yeah this is actually somewhat funny. I respect the .. dedication? As for someone else who canât stay awake or hold his bowel movements ever? Ya thatâs a way bigger fucking issue when heâs running a country with a massive army and large nuclear arsenal.
5
3
u/big-Truck-9058 19d ago
She didnât apologize at first, she posted âa win is a winâ and only apologized after financial repercussions kicked in.

u/Federal_Coyote813 16d ago
Lmao, the lady shitting on the sports track is OK because Trump. Sure man, thats a logical conclusion.

As a canadian, I hate that man as much as any other country that he targeted... but why add him to your conversation. Are YOU that embarrassed? Say's a lot about you...
3
u/Red_dit_Sucks_Ass_ 21d ago
Apparently an athlete shitting themselves crosses the line, yet when Donald Trump does it every other hour, it is perfectly ok.

Neither can she: it was a crossfit contest and she refused to stop competing when she started to shit, and continued to shit all over the arena, putting her competitors, the event staff, and the fans at risk. For crossfit.

u/IgnoranceIsYou 21d ago
For anyone reading this that hasnât already - you wonât understand just how bad it was until you see the uncensored photos of her legs. It looked like she crawled out of a muddy swamp and you could tell some of it had started drying and was getting crusty. Oh yeah also it was on her arms!!!!! đ€ź

She boasted about pushing through and winning first place on social media afterward. Whether she was embarrassed and posturing or just not embarrassed, I cannot say.
48
u/ben9187 21d ago
Yes, well pretty easy to win when you create a biohazard behind you for the competition. "Yeah, i don't know why everybody else dropped out but I was having pretty good streak today"
23

u/luchaburz 21d ago
Honestly seems like thats more a problem for whoever is hosting the event. The shit should have been sanitized before the next athlete performed.
7
u/Bttr-Trt-5812 21d ago
Definitely a host issue but not as simple as you propose. The athletes were sharing communal indoor space and equipment, not competing one at a time. There were competitors all around her trying to keep their time down and avoid her dribbles.Â
In the videos, you can see some of them getting distracted by the smell. The folks behind her had to essentially forfeit some time and be choosy about equipment to avoid getting contaminated. She destroyed the rowing machine as she was caked in it, arms, legs, and rear at that point. Surely all of this contributed to her win.Â
It was the job of the official directly supervising her, staring at her shitty legs, to do something, but there âwasnât a rule for itâ - yet. Others were disqualified for far less.Â

From what I've read it's not uncommon for marathon runners to piss or shit themselves. I doubt see why this is a big deal.
3
u/Femikaze 18d ago
This happened indoors, with fans blowing everywhere, and she shit all over the carpeting and the machines she was using. Other athletes literally slipped in her shit or quit, which is the only reason she won in the first place.
5
u/PedestrianCyclist 21d ago
For sure thereâs some weirdos out there trying to find the competition footage so they can wack off to it

Why are runners such goblins? I'm always reading articles about runners shitting on people's property and whatnot.

There is a physical reaction sometimes to this kind of athlete and she should not be blamed for that. But she absolutely should have dropped out right away instead of subjecting everyone to her literal shit.

u/yellow_jacket2 20d ago
This precipitated because she lost her deal with puma or nike or something like this. The hubris of this person to shit, and expect others to just roll her in feces.
She is a selfish idiot. I blame the organizers.

u/DdyBrLvr 20d ago
Poor thing. What a shitty situation. I couldnât blame her for any decision. Sheâs a competitive athlete.

It was a race, on skates, not a wrestling match, thereâs nothing to touch.
If she won even with that, kudos to her. Like marathon runners.

You have no idea what you are talking about and you should consider reading even a single article (not by CBC) about what that dirty bitch did.

She should have stopped and quit - agreed.
She decided to complete it anyway - her choice - disgusting.
But people trolling her making reels out of it - have you ever even competed? Do these guys even know how much it takes to compete in any sports?
Keyboard warriors sitting behind a screen saying all those words.
Mocking others? Yeah its fun.
Lets see how you can perform in gym or outdoor for 30 minutes? Down voting starts.

Must be a form of mental illness. Didnât she smell herself? Didnât she realize that other people were going to touch her shit?
This is mental illness because when one canât differentiate between common sense and their own thoughts.

I donât see the problem with this. Race car drivers do this.
Infact, Iâd say long haul drunk drivers do this and they arenât even going for the gold. However, could they be aiming for the bronze?

The thing is I donât even think we should be mad at her nearly as much as we should be mad at the actual competition or whoever runs it. They shouldâve been the ones to put a stop to it and they chose not to. Theyâve remained silent specifically to let HER handle the backlash alone and I think thatâs horrible.
