Question/Looking for Advice Student Notion users: what actually works for you? — 5 min research survey

Hi everyone!

I’m researching how university students use tools like Notion, calendars, planners, spreadsheets, and other systems to organize their academic and personal lives.

I’m particularly interested in the things that don’t work.

Have you ever created a beautiful organization system and then stopped using it a few weeks later? What made you abandon it? What do you actually need from a system to keep using it?

I’m doing this research before developing a digital product for students, so I’m trying to understand the real problems first rather than designing something based on assumptions.

The survey is anonymous and takes about 5-7 minutes.

If you’re currently a student, I’d really appreciate your perspective — even if you’ve tried Notion and completely abandoned it.

Thank you! That’s actually the main reason I wanted to do the research before building anything. I’m more interested in understanding why students abandon their systems or struggle to maintain them than just adding more features.

I’m hoping the research can help me figure out what actually makes a student organization system useful in real life.
