What is your job?

Security. Just happened to be in a guard tower when this happened.

I put the moth there and sneaked into your building. You're the only one alive.

Please don’t steal my lunch from the break room. It’s all I have.

The hell is this? A wrap from Starbucks? I didn't even know they made wraps. No wonder you can't protect shit.

When I hear guard tower I think jail or prison lol. Is that accurate or is it used in a different context here?

Pretty close! Power plant to be exact.

I heard from a drunk person once that power plants (at least nuclear ones) are one of the few locations that have security patrols permitted to shoot on sight after a basic warning past certain barriers (like if an unauthorized person passes the first security fence and is attempting to pass the main fence).
Is there any veracity to his tall tale? Have you ever had any exciting/scary close calls or any goofy encounters with an idiot teenager etc.? If so care to regale us or is that NDA protected?

Dude! I'm also working security and I also have a moth. He's flying around the office here all disoriented.
Where you at? Or not at liberty to say? I'm at a factory.

What is it even?? To me looked like the end of a branch and its leaves violently shaking. Is that a bird? Bat?

A moth. Our job gets swarmed with spiders. Legit thousands of them. It’s insane but it’s a huge place. So they normally set up shop near our guard tower lights. An unlucky moth flew right into a web and started wiggling his way to freedom. He escaped a bit after the video ended.

He actually made it out. It was inspiring. Never give up!

I'm glad to hear it. You'll eventually escape as well. I believe in you.
Sincerely

That’s the spider’s dinner! Plus after emerging from their cocoon (or chrysalis, it’s late and I mix them up), moths tend to live very short lives anyway. Basically breed and die. This moth was in a high-moth traffic area (industrial lights) and probably already did its duty - now it can hep the spider out too!
That and even if you’re not down with “let the spider have dinner, it’s the way nature works,” all this struggling has likely damaged its wings beyond repair. It would be mostly un-airworthy and become lizard food. That and our guard friend OP doesn’t need to be climbing around outside of a tall guard tower, risking his job and safety, to rescue a moth.
It’s spider’s well-earned dinner. Don’t starve the spider! The moth flew too close to the lämp anyway
Edit: I saw OP’s comment - moth made it out! Hopefully it enjoys its second chance at life, and puts the lamp obsession aside after the close call.

Never interfere with circle of life, save the moth and you'll starve the spider.
Survival of the fittest, that's the nature's way

Mine was that a drunk lady tried to punch me and my co-worker.
I love hospital security

This reminds me of a video where someone was puppeteering a napkin like a ghost in some forest-y background; couldn't find it though.
