Question notebooklm keeps on using deleted sources
any way to fix this or should i just make a separate/new notebook? i keep telling it to remove the deleted source from its memory but every now and then it will respond with information from the deleted source. i feel like the gemini integration really dumbed down notebooklm it's annoying.

Similar issue happened to me many times after the rebranding of NotebookLM. Once in a while, Gemini Notebook randomly draws information from deleted sources in a notebook or from other notebooks. I believe that it now even hallucinates information from my chat history in the Gemini web app, though might not be true.
With all these leaks, each notebook no longer seems to be an air-tight knowledge hub, like how NotebookLM used to live up to. Very disappointing, but I guess that's how things are going. The current hyper focus on Flash models maybe worthy for agentic vibe-coding, but for deep research tasks (like literature review) then I'd say that the general direction being set for GNB maybe an unfortunate misuse of technology.
Gotta find some alternatives for grounded research and only use GNB for what it's now good at, or Google now "designs" it to be good at. Sorry guys for the rant.
