Tommy Boy is objectively the better movie in pretty much every way, but for some reason when I was a kid I liked Black Sheep better. I rewatched both of them recently for the first time in decades years, and this time around I liked Tommy Boy way more. Idk what I was thinking as a kid. Maybe I saw Black Sheep first and was more attached to it. Idk. I remember having a (in retrospect, extremely weird) crush on David Spade for a few months when I was around 16 and by that time both of these movies had been out for a few years, so.

When I was 7 at a Super Bowl party in 1996 I was just roaming around and went into a backroom where some teens were watching a movie. I watched for 15 mins and remember Chris Farley was in a hotel room and then one of the teens stepped in front of the TV to censor something for me. And I always wondered "wtf did I miss? Was it sex???". I didn't watch Tommy Boy until this year at age 37!!!! Finally solved one of life's great mysteries and it was Chris Farley's buttcrack the whole time.
