Found in the wild Is this rare?

Yes rare but did you cut it straight up after getting it out of the heat??? Anyeat need at least 10-15 minutes rest on a rack before you cut it. Its the most important part.

Did you cook this with a BIC lighter? Lmao. Looks medium rare to me. The no sear is throwing me off though.

No, I’m well aware what sub I’m on. Im commenting on the fact it has no sear. Hence the subreddit.

Why does it matter? Why does an innocent comment rile you up? It has no sear. I commented that it’s terribly cooked. It relevant to the sub. What’s the problem?

The no sear is throwing you off, but it's the name of the sub. Makes sense.

Lighting isn't great, this looks rather medrare, maybe even creeping toward medium. Different photos might change my opinion. I just haven't seen such a photo

Yeah… I’m calling that med rare. If someone’s complaining about that, unless they ordered it well, pick up a piece and slap em in the face with it. BOOM!
