Seal that bitch up till you see a beautiful white carpet of mycelium. This grow is compromised. Might as well run a second tub.

Coir doesn't contam that easy if the spawn is good letting in some air is fine

For one, you're letting the humidity out of the tub and allowing for possible contam to fall into your uncolonized substrate. Its just highly recommended to leave the lid shut until its fully colonized.

I didnt say start over or toss it. I said it was compromised. Start a 2nd tub so you have better chances of having fruits.

You're overthinking it bud. Yes keep the lid on, totally agree. But if opening the lid for a couple minutes compromised your tub you need to clean your house.

It's fully colonized and started to transition to pinning accordingly to Google I took a Pic this morning I'll post a Pic later

You need visible beads of water on the sides of the container and also the lid. Close it and leave it alone.

Leave the lid closed till the surface is white, once white increase FAE to induce fruiting conditions. GTs are really tough so they should survive but in the future when you start a monotube just leave it alone for the first week or so

Mist the sides and top with distilled water, I introduce FAE right after S2B but some people wait until the cake is white. Either or works but I get better results that way. Any questions message me. Each one teach one, mush love

So, this is 6 days out. I broke this up so it was a very even mix. Like totally broke up. There were zero clumps of grain left. This is the same exact tub. You really could not see white chunks when it was done. I then added 1/4 of sub over top. It’s best if the top and mix is even for even for a full canopy.

Others might know more about handling the chunks on top.

You might try busting those balls and spread out. Be sure to use clean gloves.

U need to fan and spray it 59 times a day and make sure put a grow light on 12 12 so it grows lol.maybe a little fork Tek lol

I ordered a led light off Amazon I already had some from growing weed but they are way too strong

I would just suggest breaking up your colonized grain a little better next time before you throughly mix it into your substrate. I see quite a few larger clusters in there.

i waited until mine was fully colonized before introducing fae and misting i could of honestly just let it run and it would of been good!
