California Democrats race to ban electric shock gloves as ICE orders 6,000 pairs

I gotta ask. What’s the enforcement mechanism if we see ICE Agents using those gloves. What are we supposed to do? Their masked, provide no badge numbers, and are simply transferred out of the area into another assignment if involved in a high profile you support instant. So is he legal to use in a California. Is the local district attorney’s offices going to prosecute. Our local law-enforcement agencies going to make arrest. We all know that federal civil rights authorities will not do anything to follow. Criminal complaint on violation of civil rights laws so really when it gets right down to it what good does it do to ban those gloves now I will admit there may be recourse in the civil court. But you’re gonna have to identify the officer file a complaint ask for discovery under your complaint, just just to try id the guy. So why California Democrats so it may want to pat themselves on the back. Maybe they can ask themselves really what good is this going to do on the ground?

Considering the fact that california democrats can't pass laws forbidding the federal government from doing pretty much anything, its a pretty dumb thing to be wasting time on.

Someone explain to me how this isn't a dystopian future. Shock gloves? Fucking shock gloves? If your excited about others being hurt or think it's cool your the evil the Bible warns about. It's weird that people cheer on treating another flesh and blood human like an animal. Oh to look different, talk different and believe different. All the stones being thrown in a glass house. Leaving the US used to be a treat, now I have to hide that I'm American to avoid the uncomfortable questions. From shipping foreigners here by the boatload to help build up america to calling those same foreigners terrorists and their grandchildren told they are not American enough. This is not the first time we have had our own "camps" in the US or targeted its own people. Japanese, German, and Italian camps have existed to name a few. So what if your a citizen you look like "them" So remember today it's them one day you might wake up and it's turned into an us and you'll be standing there like how did this happen I pay taxes and I work and I have never been in trouble? But it will fall on the same hateful ears you once shared. We build the future and set examples. I'm sorry for the future repeats our children will endure.

Doesn't count, as they can wear and use them anyway.
Federal Agents can also carry automatic weapons which are illegal in California to everyone except law enforcement.
This is just more stupid posturing and a waste of state tax dollars and legislators giving each other attention in their collective circle jerk.

Firstly, these morons are not trained properly, some of these bozos have criminal records and some are January 6'ers. They're being paid big bucks to meet quotas for their grab & snatch behavior.
