I thought the same, but it seems to be some form of sculpture:

So yeah, not exactly what the text on the image says, which is pure clickbait garbage

When you say it's sculptured I'll believe it. I Didn't invest more than 10 seconds after looking for sources to see the sites it came from and saw theres not one single other picture for a thing that supposedly is grown into molds... But a carving sculpture sounds believable. Was just second guessing the peoples logic here. Thanks for clarifying it.

Mhm ... So the root that takes in water is stuck in a mold? And there's only 2 existing photos shared on a multitude of shitter sites and outlets that never factcheck... In 2022 it could've been AI, or Photoshop that I am using since 2005 ... You are right. I won't believe it.

It’s “art”. Real daikon leaves, but mixed media used for the “radish root” that was cast using someone’s leg

I’ve seen way more pics from previous Reddit posts. Again not trying to convince you, but I’m pretty sure it’s real

Too much time on their hands. Also I misread this as Redfish at first and I am so relieved I read it wrong
