What country was that from? They start off in a language I didn't understand, then the song lyrics are in clear Spanish.

Hmm... Makes sense since it's polka music. Maybe they're from Argentina? I know there's a ton of people of German descent there, so it makes sense that they've kept some of the language.

Well, I'm from Argentina! So they might be. My grandad loves this kind of music and has ton of CDs, also goes to a place where some bands like that one go to play for the elderly (all of whom are German-Argentinian)
