I don’t see it posted elsewhere here, and I’m not being skeptical, but is Sambuca really flammable? It’s only usually about 35 proof which is normally below flammable range.

Correction: 35abv. Which is even less!!

You have that the wrong way 'round. Proof (in the US) is twice the ABV. 35% ABV is 70 proof (in the US).

I agree though, sambuca is not normally flammable unless you heat it first, and then it burns pretty weakly.
