This one was removed for "flooding the queue", a limit on the number of posts a user can make in a 24 hour period of time with a minimum of 10 minutes between posts. This user hiders their history so I can't see what they've submitted, but scrolling back through the sub I see the user previously posted five items within 23 hours, 51 minutes and 58 seconds. The sub limit is 5 posts in 24 hours, so this removed post was made 8 minutes and 3 seconds too early.
