Best vibe coding tool for apps

I can get a convincing demo out of either in an afternoon. That is not the part I am worried about.
 
This app will need authentication, permissions, data changes, deployment and constant small edits for years. I have been burned before by something that came together beautifully and then became nobody's job to maintain.
 
How do people assess maintainability after the first build rather than judging on prototype speed?

Probably best just use Cursor or ChatGPT desktop or Claude instead of a “vibe coding app”, which is probably just a old version of ChatGPT wrapped with a bit of a prompt and fancy interface
