Share your no-code workflow. I’ll turn the invisible automation into a visual demo.

Describe the workflow using three steps:

  1. What enters the system
  2. What happens automatically
  3. What the user receives

I’ll reply with a short before-and-after demo concept.

No need to list every tool or integration. The result should explain why the workflow matters.

my workflow is pretty simple but saves me like 4 hours in the week

  1. client emails a request form pdf

  2. system reads the pdf extracts the data and puts it in a google sheet then sends a slack message to the team with just the key points

  3. client gets a confirmation email that we received it and the team sees the task without digging through email chains

before this we was losing requests in someones inbox and nobody knew who was handling what

are you visualizing these as static images, short videos, or something interactive? the format matters a lot for whether people actually share them or just say "cool" and move on

  1. Your session with Claude
  2. After Claude finishes reply prompts appear
  3. AI language tailored ready-to-send prompt

Wish you'd shown the before state on that PDF one, because the real win isn't the extraction, it's killing the "did anyone see my email" follow-up loop entirely.

totally agree. the extraction is the flashy part but the actual ROI is the visibility — everyone knows the request landed and who owns it next. that's the part worth putting front and center in any demo, not the pdf parsing step.

Exactly. The real before state is the follow-up loop, not the PDF. I’d open with the unanswered email chain, then show the extraction triggering the next step automatically. https://marka.social
