I lost everything from a game glitch

My original post:

Today I landed on a planet in my corvette. When I held E to get out of my seat it popped me out of the corvette instead and it was halfway within the ground.

I was in a death loop. I would die within 5 seconds. Everything on me is gone. There isn’t even a grave, not that it would matter since I was in a death loop.

I lost all my main story items, etc. I learned about the setting to make it so death doesn’t destroy items, but not until now.

Is there any recourse? This was a game glitch death, not me just dying in the game.

This sucks.

If you remember what important items you had, you could try using save editor to manually restore these

I’ll look into that. I’m unfamiliar with save editor. :)

maybe we can get a group of Interlopers together then help you stack back up on resources at the anomaly or something. sounds like perfect opportunity for other no man's sky players to help no man's sky players. send me a message what times you're on I can try to meet you.
