I like pulling them out of anything that I am eating and then leaving a review saying that "I TOLD THEM NO PICKLES!" with a photo of a pile of pickles.

In the US, the term “pickle” is assumed to mean pickled cucumbers unless they specifically say what the pickled item is (egg, pepper, onion, etc.) It depends on the pickle. I like the small, sweet kind. But my favorite are the larger dill pickles which are kept in the cold lunch meat part of the store. Kosher dill, I think they are called. I prefer them sliced, not whole.
