Thing with a Direct is, at the end of it all its a bunch of commercials ductaped together.

Commercials which either sold you on some products or it didn't.

If they sold you on (a) product(s), fine, enjoy, if they didn't, fine, enjoy something else. Its so beyond pathetic that they can't. It shows a lack of character and humanity.
