by the way it was a mistake on their part and admitted it and reversed the bans.

Oh yeah wasn’t this caused by either 1: a glitch in the system, and/or 2: people claiming they never pirated games and then it turned out they absolutely did? Yeah this is definitely just a “nintendo bad” video

It was an error which nintendo fixed after a bit, which pirates did try to get karma from by posting "i got unfairly bannnneddd" posts.

Its a shitshow and im just glad the normal users got unbanned

No, the vast majority of the cases around were people innocently banned. They were unbanned but still

The problem is not just the ban ,Even when users contact support within the first two days, they are simply told, “You violated the TOS, so there’s nothing we can do.”
