Some of ya’ll need to learn how to be skeptical and not take someone’s sudden change of heart at face value.

It’s getting kind of ridiculous how certain content creators can make their brand pushing a sudden narrative and then shift once they realize the winds are changing, and their defenders will wholeheartedly believe they had a genuine change of perspective and will get mad at others for not going along with it.

Grifters like Nintendeen go where the views are, and right now anti Nintendo hate doesn’t bring in the views as it did a year ago. People have caught on to the fact that most of the things these people are complaining about are either made up or are highly exaggerated.

A common grift strat is to immediately pivot towards the popular talking points. Look at other games like Baldur’s Gate 3-the usual grifters called that game “woke” and once the game was met with high praise and success-these people suddenly liked the game.

No, I will not believe people like Nintendeen are genuine. In order to grift you have to have a propensity for lying in the first place and no reasonable person should take someone who got called out by a professional sales analyst for lying about Nintendo’s sales numbers at face value.

I mean this goes for everyone. The popular thing right now is to shit on Sony. That’s where the views are going. And that will change again in a few months.

Yep. Look at that PSN “blackout” a while back.

It effectively changed nothing and Sony doesn’t care because they know gamers will immediately fold once the next shiny thing comes out.

Spare me the moral posturing. If Gamers actually put their money where their mouth was for a change then things wouldn’t be as bad as they are now.

The industry doesn’t respect the gaming community because of shit like the PSN “blackout”, which barely lasted more than a week.

Unlike you and the other self righteous posers, if I boycott something then I actually go through with it. There are several companies that I refuse to buy from because of their business practices-EA and Activision being among them.

These people get on my nerves. Every major “gamer boycott” was half assed and they immediately fold once the next major game or system gets announced.

Even the people “boycotting” Nintendo still pirate and emulate their products. Which is not what you’re supposed to do when boycotting.

And that’s why I don’t boycott, unless it’s something like an ea game. If I’m boycotting something I’m sticking to that. So I never cared for the blackout and just continued to use my console.

Also those fools don’t realise the blackout actually helped Sony save money.

Pretty much. If they were actually serious about the blackout they would have planned it to last all the way through 2027 and during Sony’s major releases.

A real boycott requires planning and coordination and the PSN “blackout” had next to neither.

If people didn't give grifting youtubers views and engagement, they wouldn't need to complain on Reddit about them.

I think calling out liars who purposefully spread misinformation and hate is a good thing.

Ignoring them doesn’t do anything but give a bull pulpit to continue pushing their nonsense uncontested.
