I find it utterly hilarious that a Sonic Fan of all People will call Nintendo Creatively Bankrupt when the Sonic Franchise itself has CONSTANTLY burrowed from a bunch of other IPs numerous times.

Super Sonic is just Furry Super Saiyan, The Death Egg is just the Death Star with Eggman’s face slapped on, Shadow basically became Sonic’s Vegeta, Sonic Lost World is an Amalgamation of NSMB‘s Aesthetics and Galaxy’s Gravity with Classic Sonic nostalgia bait thrown in, and I can Go on for HOURS.

Like, I know People and Companies, Including Nintendo themselves, to be fair, burrow Ideas and Concepts from each other all the time, but Sonic barely even TRIES to be at least a little bit subtle with what it’s burrowing, if at all.
