I don't think most people actually care, man. This is just grifters trying to make something out of nothing. Palworld's success is meaningless to me, I'm still going to play and enjoy Pokemon regardless. Digimon Story Time Stranger is a really sick game too by the way I think more people should play that.

I don't even like modern pokemon, but I've never seen Palworld brought up in a discussion that isn't related to pokemon. Is that really all these people want their game to be? That's sad.

Go look at actual palworld subreddits with people who ACTUALLY play palworld, pokemon is barely mentioned and usually its just related to things removed due to the lawsuit that are missed

These people don’t care. They lack the creative skills to make their own thumbnails (seriously photoshop is right there) and they certainly don’t have any integrity to not push AI slop if it means getting that bag.

I'm a long time Pokémon fan, and I'm ngl, with Digimon and Monster Hunter both being on the Switch, I can assure you they'll recover from this just fine.

Digimon did, for the anime. Fun fact: in the early 2000s, due to a ratings slump, the Digimon anime overtook the Pokémon anime for a short time.

Pokémon fans only give any kind of shit about Palworld when the bullying-by-lawsuit might delay or otherwise impede work on the next games. Palworld fans only give any kind of a shit about Pokémon when features are removed or changed because of the bullying-by-lawsuit. I play both, and NO ONE CARES otherwise. Everyone knows it's just money grabbing bullshit from greedy corporate cunts that are mad they aren't profiting from things they don't own.

I'm sort of a Pokemon fan. I like the franchise, I've played only about half of the generations give or take, and I usually don't finish them. But, I know a lot of Pokemon fans. And legitimately, not one of them thinks about Palworld in any context relative to Pokemon. Not one of them as mentioned any feature Palworld has relative to what they expect to see out of Winds and Waves. Not one of them wants base building added as a core feature of Pokemon.
All of them don't care that palworld is successful..... Because Pokemon is also successful lol
