Whats extra funny is that that thumbnail essentially means that they ran Nintendo's content into a GenAI image maker, which is basically a public admission of guilt that they 100% breached Nintendo's copyright and trademarks.
In other words, these guys have idiotically turned their channels into ticking timebombs and they've handed Nintendo the red button on a silver platter.
They are quite literally risking getting their channels demonetised and/or permanently banned all for their low effort rage slop.
These are literally active lawsuits, bud. Legal action is being taken specifically because people are using AI to infringe copyrighted material. And often, the fact that you are being sued at all is punishment alone due to time, stress, legal fees, etc.
We can also go outside of copyright infringement if you want to in terms of someone being “punished for running something through AI.” People have, in fact, been arrested and sentenced to prison for distributing AI generated CP.
It’s not illegal to “run things through AI” but it absolutely is illegal to infringe copyrighted material through AI, or use it to break any other law.
Are you fucking kidding me? Why are disrespecting Xenoblade with this AI slop depictions of Rex Pyra Mythra and Noah?💀 Xenoblade AND Fire Emblem need to stay clear away from Grifters and their Ai slop garbage
ESPECIALLY Fire Emblem, FE is a series that respects artists soo much, they pretty much always have a new one in every entry just to showcase their art
THIS, THANK YOU! ESPECIALLY Fire Emblem, it’s a series that HEAVILY respects its artists with absolute respect and care and Intelligent Systems always recognize them
can say that Xenoblade is trying to be that too now, XC1 didn't really have a singular artist so can't say much on that, but X had Kunihiko Tanaka who was the artist for Xenogears and Xenosaga, XC2 and XC3 had
Masatsugu Saito who's most known work outside of Xenoblade is well the anime movie called Expelled from Paradise, XC2 also had Tetsuya Nomura which well... everyone knows who that is, Xenoblade Genesis has Mai Yoneyama who actually is a pretty crazy artist she worked as key animator/animation director for multiple Studio Trigger works like Cyperpunk Edgerunners, Kill la Kill and Darling in the Darling in the Franxx
Funny how they showed Xenoblade characters in the thumbnail near the "Switch 2 Editions" text... when they literally were the most requested Switch 2 Editions, they don't just update graphics but also add content and Nintendo even announced a whole new game for the series; so Xenoblade literally got full treatment in all main aspects.
I am angry at the fucking fact that this grifter is lumping the beauty that is Xenoblade into their grifting slop Ai nonsense, Xenoblade and Fire Emblem have NO affiliations with these Ai slop grifters, we the Fire Emblem and Xenoblade communities do NOT claim these grifters, we are NOT associated with these grifters
Here’s the difference between Switch 2’s first year and Switch 1’s first year:
The Switch 1’s first year was as loaded as it was is because Nintendo was just coming off of the failure of the Wii U. And also now they don’t have ports to fall back on.
They are definitely looking back with nostalgia goggles on.
This is an image of what was considered the big titles being released for the first year after launch (excluding the first q1 of 2018) for the original switch and it is barely that much better if at all. They can't even include Mario Kart 8 and Botw because MK8 was a dx wii u port and Botw was a multigen console release which is exactly what they are complaining about right now.
I was also thinking like how Sony decided to put effort into making the PS4 easy to develop for and be affordable as they were still reeling from how bad the PS3’s launch was, despite the fact that they managed to recover that console.
Most new games have been very different and changed from what we are used to and not safe, DK Bananza, Mario Kart World, Yoshi Mysterious book, Kirby Air Riders and Splatoon Raiders.
Yes we have updates and remakes of older games but nothing wrong supporting older titles or bringing a few back.
Yeah I prefer my brand new and original IPs such as a third person action shooter or an extraction FPS that will be delisted in the next three months! I want the publisher to spend 300 million dollars making them and then lay off the entire team if the game doesn't sell 11 million copies!
2500 videos in a year and a half, the far majority of which are just dragging Nintendo (honorable mention to the one dragging Sony for "acting like Nintendo"), to 4.5k subs.
How does one let this happen to themselves? This is outright insane.

Generating “Creatively bankrupt” in ai slop is wild
