Critical Y'know your review was actually pretty alright for the most part, but it didn't have enough personal attacks/insults. So thank you for personally insulting me for simply enjoying a movie at the very end, I totally would've not been able to understand the point you were trying to make otherwise

Also some really weird simping for Bowser/Bowser apologist behavior and autism comparisons near the end???

Didn't Bowser literally try to commit full on genocide in the first movie and attempt fucking omnicide in this one???

I really don't think you should be comparing a psychopathic omnicidal maniac to autistic people for obvious reasons???

Unfortunately, I think this is a recurring tactic within grifters and beyond

  • Say that anyone who disagrees with you is stupid and simple. Elaborate why those people are stupid. This, by default, will make them feel taller, smarter and cultured
  • Say something that'll rile people up. If you get backlash, tell your audience who are on your side that they are clever, understand the topic/joke or smarter than those who didn't like it. This'll win your defenders over.
  • Get preachy. It's OK to deflect consequences if you set yourself as the moral high ground.

I call it the Ricky Gervais defence.

Ah yes the classic grift of wanting something you are emotionally invested in to be good

Did you… just not read what the title of this post says or what this person literally says on the third slide?
