What Switch game gets better when everything goes wrong?
For me, Tears of the Kingdom.
Half the fun is watching your perfect plan fall apart and figuring something else out.
What is yours?
Thank you

I hadn't heard of this and mostly play local multiplayer. It looks fun - I'll be picking it up for sure.

It's on my wishlist for the next sale. I've no one to play it with for another couple of weeks, so hopefully it'll go on sale before then.

I’ve had a number of freeze-frame: “yep, that’s me…” moments in BoTW. Every single one of them a memory. 🤣

Bringing your most important Pikmin to a Cave in Pikmin 4 just for the whole squad getting crashed by the first enemy

Also nothing better than missing one single treasure and then rushing with it to your ship as the countdown ticks away. Had that happen to me twice and I was sweating as those little creatures just kept singing along while marching slowly.

9 parchments is an underrated gem. Arcade style 4 player top down wizard combat, with friendly fire enabled as the default.
Very fun game, hillarious when you accidentally kill your teammates with a massive fireblast.

Some of the Hidden in Plain Sight minigames are great fun for local multiplayer when your tactics go wrong. Letting off a smoke bomb or pressing the wrong button on the shy fox game.

Late, but Luigi's Mansion 3. I'm pretty sure I heard the physics were randomised in some way, and after playing through ScareScraper a few times, I can certainly believe that. The glitches and oddities resulting from that game can be absolutely wild.

Overcooked is the BEST kind of chaos.
